Summary/objective: The Director of Finance is responsible for establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Works to ensure the organization operates in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and meets financial objectives in all organizational locations.

Education/Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting with related 1-3 years’ experience required. A Master of Business Administration or related field is preferred with a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills excellent decision-making skills, and be creative. Should have experience with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and experience in Non-profit work with experience in grant management.
